Sri Nagaraj and Dr. Manjunath are well-known violin Maestros who have been playing violin their entire lives, taught early at home by their father who was also an innovative and renowned violinist in India. They have utmost synchrony with each other when they play.
The Mysore Violin Brothers, as they are commonly known by, have played in some of the most prestigious festivals around the world as well as received top cultural
and music awards in India.

Some of the world’s finest in the art of expressive tone and improvisational music style on the violin, these international touring artists share their meditative and exhilarating form of music from India. Enjoy spontaneous improvisations like sound poems created and then spoken through the music between them.

The musical “conversations” these artists express with each other are played in traditional South Indian Ragas (melodic scales) and Talas (rhythmic patterns).
